I bought the C2 complete. I cannot find out if I can buy the electrified head, hose, and tube for this machine and have it work. I don’t see it on my machine where the electrical connection would be. Also, these three pieces would run over $400.. so I’m stuck with a machine that can only really do hardwood floors.

Mine broke after 5 years of home use. They say that life expectancy is 20 years, this is not true!

Do I need to buy bags for this vacuum?

That bag is so small. I have dogs that shed like crazy. I will need 5 bags to vacuum my entire home.

what do you do with the dust bag? How do you empty it? Or do you throw it away and replace it with another one?Also what is the Watt?

I ordered the 50 by mistake and can't return the filters. My vacuum cleaner is C1. Can I make it fit by adding a tab?

... I could pick up that stuff with my ridgid hand held... show how it does on shag or some thicker carpet and then let's take a microscope to it to see what it didn't pick up

This is the 2nd review I have watched by this guy. He has stated in both reviews that the Miele c2 AND the c3 have about 32 feet cord length. This was my selling point but, upon searching specs, both machine have a cord length of 6.5 meters approx. very misleading, 32 feet = 9.75 way way out!

As someone new to the Miele vacuum lineup, I have to say they did *not* make it easy to understand which model comes with which attachments... I was just about to order their U.S. branded "Complete C3" model until I realized it was more of a "basic" model - No electric hose, no electric wand, no electric brush head... Same goes for the "Total Care" model. Not to mention, their electric hose, wand and powered floor heads cost $200 *EACH* in case you felt like upgrading. Either something's been lost in translation, or Miele enjoys making their potential customers dumbfounded when selecting a model for their needs...

Oh My Gosh!!!! After researching vacuums I took a chance on this Miele C1🌼 Absolutely amazing, I can’t describe it!!!! I only wish I’d discover this brand years ago. As soon as Amazon fantastically delivered it, I took it out of the box, quick set it up and started using it. The vacuum is a million times better than any Target/Costco store bought vacuum or Dyson model. Seriously I had to fight my elementary school nephews off because they wanted to vacuum with it because it was so cool and the suction was outstanding. I am so happy I bought this!!

Had so many top end hoovers,these are so so good and the power of suction is mental. Anyone wondering wether to get one or not I promise you will not be disappointed !

On max. I can barely push it across the carpet and lifts it up, its that powerful. Halfway is more than adequate. Great little unit with good features. 9/10.

I hate the sound of vacuum cleaners and I couldn't believe how quiet it was! That by itself is a huge selling point for me.

I ended up buying one. I was pleased but second time I used it the orange full bag indicator goes almost fully to the right. The bag is nearly empty since I inspected it visually. I didn’t vacuum any fine particles, just the usual dust and hair. I don’t get it, am I doing something wrong? There is nothing stuck in the hose or nozzle. I just set full power, place nozzle on rug and lift. Thinking of returning it but before I do I’m trying to find out an expert’s opinion. Thank you

All well known brands are expected to pickup dirt very well. What would be nice to see tested is how well they are sealed to prevent leakage of dirt outside of the unit.

I"m sorry this is not a "real world" review, It's a great video to get the scoop on what is included in the series, but to drop a bit of dust on the floor and on that advertising door-mat is not the reality of how a vacuum is used in a busy household with pets and/or kids. all of the attachments should have been used, and a demo of how high the thing can reach to the ceiling and the wall. Ever hear of a cobweb? Really this video is just a long and fancy advertisement. All pros, and no cons mentioned.
